Professional Athlete Management
Our Pro Agent Team manages professional athletes with a career-first approach.
We currently work in partnership with over 20 global and regional sponsors,
including brands such as Nike and Titleist,
building sponsorships and advertising agreements aligned with
each athlete’s long-term trajectory.
Beyond contracts, this team provides full-spectrum professional support,
from creating elite athlete profiles and managing photo and video production,
to coordinating caddies, tournament schedules, and competition logistics.
Every detail surrounding a professional athlete’s career is handled with precision,
so athletes can focus solely on performance while their brand, visibility,
and competitive environment are professionally managed.

Junior Management Team.
Junior & Youth Athlete Development.
The Junior Management Team serves as the official Korean agency of IJGA.
Unlike traditional study-abroad consultancies that focus only on placement,
we manage junior and youth athletes with a level of quality and structure
that is not comparable to standard agencies.
Our role extends far beyond connection.
We provide end-to-end management, including training oversight, academic monitoring, daily life support, and long-term pathway planning, all handled directly by our team.
In addition, through our official partnership and agency structure,
we are able to offer exclusive benefits such as internal support programs and tuition-related discounts
that are not available through any other agency.
Every junior athlete is managed with the same accountability, clarity,
and care we apply to our professional athletes,

The Camp Operations Team manages all The Klub 22 training camps held throughout the year.
From summer programs to winter training camps,
this team oversees planning, logistics, daily operations, and on-site management.
Their role is to ensure that every camp runs with clarity, safety, and purpose,
providing athletes with a professional training environment designed for progression.

Our Media Production Team handles all content creation in-house.
From filming and editing to visual storytelling and digital assets,
this team produces media that reflects each athlete’s identity and career direction.
By controlling the entire production process internally,
we ensure consistency, authenticity, and quality across all platforms,
from brand campaigns to athlete profiles.
