These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all services provided by our company (“Company”), including but not limited to the TCXXII SYSTEM and all services related to athlete management and sports agency operations (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purpose
These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the users (“Users”) in relation to the use of our Services.
2. Definitions
“Company” refers to the legal entity operating TCXXII SYSTEM and sports management services.
“Services” refer to all services provided by the Company, including performance data analysis, athlete profiling, sponsorship support, and management.
“User” means any individual or organization that agrees to these Terms and uses the Services.
3. Modifications
The Company may revise these Terms at any time, subject to applicable laws and with prior notice through its website.
Continued use of the Services after the Terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Service Use
The Company provides Services including data-based performance evaluation, athlete profiles, visual analytics, and athlete representation.
Access to certain Services may require application and approval from the Company.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must:
Provide accurate and truthful information;
Not impersonate others or provide false data;
Not engage in unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services;
Not interfere with the Company’s operations or damage its reputation.
6. Company Responsibilities
The Company shall:
Make reasonable efforts to provide stable and secure Services;
Protect Users’ personal information in compliance with relevant privacy laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, and materials provided through the Services are owned by the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for Service interruption due to force majeure or technical reasons beyond its control.
The Company shall not be liable for issues caused by User misconduct or negligence.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any legal disputes shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
